Dear Listener,
I appreciate you listening to my new podcast.
A little about me? During the 90's God directed me to sell our dream home in Nebraska and move toward becoming an Evangelist and Preacher of the Message of Christ. I went from a hard working machinist cowboy in a small farm community to Church Planter, Church Growth Professional with an Emphasis on dynamic Church Growth and Evangelism teaching people to be encouraged to stay focused on Christ Jesus.
During my Call I attended Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs where I learned about being "Born Again" and living a Holiness life.
I then completed my BA of Religion, Human Relations from MNU in Olathe KS. We have lots experience in Church Leadership, Church Planting, Church Growth, Bus Ministry, Youth, Teenagers and Church Growth through Volunteerism within the Church Body.
I work a full time service job in the KC Metro and stay encouraged daily by Reading/Listening to the Bible every day. My days at work are not easy, however, being planted in God and prayer daily, I stay encouraged.
We have spent the last 22 years raising our five children and God still has a plan for our life reaching people with God's Message. My cousin who owns a radio station asked me to do some Scripture readings to fill empty spots during broadcasts. After a few times I felt the Lord telling me to start a podcast on Prepping the Soul.
We have watched YouTube videos on Prepping for what's coming soon in the world, however, I feel with direction by the Holy Spirit that we need more attention on Prepping the Soul.

People need to be Prepping the SoulOur whole reason here on earth is to know God through a personal relationship with Christ Jesus!
Shortly after my wife and I were married I recommitted myself to God and tried to attend church every Sunday with a focus on seeking God every service.
I went to church, expecting to find God, and expecting for God to change my life, and expecting God to reveal himself to me. If God was real, I wanted him to display his realness to me in a personal way. God is real! The Trinity, the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit are real, and are alive today and forever!
I was a machinist and I started doing some unusual things such as singing gospel hymns at work and on breaks I would weld scrap steel together making cross necklaces. Yes, I sang hymns and only God heard me due to the loud machine I operated.
Our pastor visited our home and asked if I would go with him to visit people who attend church. During those days God directed me to quit my long time job and go sell automobiles to earn more money to get prepared to sell everything we owned and move toward attending Bible college with a true Call from God. Interesting fact: when I applied as a car salesman, there were only two positions open, and they hired me with absolutely no sales experience.
God revealed himself through blessing our finances preparing for our future at college.
I would pray for God to reveal himself to me that it was really God driving me toward selling everything and moving nine hours away to attend college.
My dilemma? My wife refused to go. She didn’t think l was being Called by God. After months of praying for what to do and if my Call was in fact happening, my wife surprised me with this question: “Where is the For Sale sign which belongs in front yard? We need to sell our home to move toward college.”
Praise the Lord for revealing himself to me by answering my prayers!
In 1991 was a huge economy downturn in our town and homes were for sale or in foreclosure.
Through prayer God brought an out of state buyer. The buyer said when she walked into our home the Holy Spirit told her to buy our house and pay cash! Two weeks later we were moving nine hours away to college.
Praise the Lord!
Throughout generations people have been wondering if God exist. Most of us have already figured out that God just doesn't walk up to us and say hey I am God and you need to live for me for the rest of your life so you can be able to inherit the kingdom of God. Each of us have our own idea on where God is located or where he comes from.
t is only as God reveals himself to us that would begin to get an accurate picture of who he really is. And that revelation comes to us in three primary ways: to creation to Jesus Christ and through the Scriptures handed down throughout generations.
'In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. '
